Custom Shoes Returns
We do not accept refunds or exchanges for custom shoe orders. If you are unhappy with your product, please contact us.
Shoe Accessories Returns
New/Unused items within 30 days of delivery.
Leather Laces & laces with pre-installed metal lace tips are non-refundable.
Once we have received and inspected the item(s), a refund will be issued. Shipping cost are non-refundable.
An e-mail will be sent confirming your accepted return. Please allow up to 7 business days for returns to be processed. A free return label will be provided on U.S orders over $15 (before shipping costs).
